Hi M Shaw -- just had to reopen this thread, as I've just done a fresh reinstall of Windows 8/8.1 -- I'd been trying out Windows 10 just for fun, but it had a bit of an issue with my brush tool, but I digress...
Anyway, I tried using the same method, but it doesn't seem to work anymore. It's the same problem -- not just in Photoshop, but in everything I do. For example, I'll grab the top of a browser window, or a scroll bar, and it won't start dragging until I've moved the cursor about 10 pixels from the point of contact. It's very annoying -- it makes highlighting small chunks of text near impossible, and is just overall very irritating.
So, just to double check, do I need to have Windows Ink turned on or off? I was trying every various combination last night and couldn't seem to get it to work/
I'm using Wacom's most up to date driver, 6.3.10w2, so I wondered if it might be something to do with that? The Wacom forums don't really give any solid info -- I appreciate that it might probably be a Wacom thing, not an Adobe thing specifically, but I've often got faster, more concise answers here
Thanks in advance, and sorry for digging up a six-month-old thread!
