Creative Cloud do not recognize me as a pay user / Adobe proof of licence

I tried for two months to find the solution but I cant. In addition the payment shows in my card resume, and I need proof for adobe urgent!!
I change the language in the cloud and in user online to be the same but dont work. Thanks for your help
