Commanding multiple windows at once?

I have CS2. Is there a feature where I can active-select multiple windows and command them all to do the same thing at once? (e. g. Multi select RedRose.png, WhiteLily.png and BlueViolet.bmp and command them all to rotate 180 degrees, instead of commanding each one by one to rotate) My actual image-editing work involves more than 200 images, which I'm commanding each to do the exact same thing; it would obviously be a huge boulder off my shoulders if such a feature exists where I can just perform a command once to apply to all of them. If such a feature doesn't exist CS2, is it available in any later versions? Thanks greatly!
