Doesn.t that mean that all photos including the photos that I have checked before and want unchecked will also be unchecked?

I accidently put the same keyword in all pictures. How to back off from that and just having the right pictures marked?

Select All Photos using Ctrl-A, then remove the keyword (uncheck the box next to the keyword)
