Bleed area not showing in PDF exported from InDesign

Hi-

I am using InDesign CC 2014 and Adobe Acrobat Pro XI on Mac running Yosemite 10.10.1

I am trying to export an ad I'm working on to a PDF with bleed and crop marks. I have done this hundreds of times in the past and for some reason today my result is a pdf with bleed and crops but the bleed is not overlapping the crop marks. I have attached screen shots here: I shut down my computer just to be sure and restarted. Did I forget something? Did my brain shut down today? Any Ideas?
