Here's the things. I'm paying for a product that is supposed to work properly and not have issues. I understand things here and there and not everything is perfect. But the amount of crashes and little issues that weren't problems in previous versions is actually costing me more money because of missing deadlines and other applications I'm having to purchase for workarounds and business I'm missing out on because I'm unable to rely on Premiere. I loose progress on projects regularly unless I have auto save set up for every 10 min and that's ridiculous. I've reinstalled and updated multiple times and I would just go back to a previous version but all my projects were imported to the newer version which older version can't open. Fix it or give me my money back. I am very unhappy.
