JonaGamesHD please utilize the steps listed in Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

 

Stevew13872880 you will want to reference the same document.  If you do have any questions though can you please start a separate discussion as the original poster is using Windows 8.1.  It would be very confusing to attempt to discuss both operating systems in the same discussion.  You are certainly welcome to reference this discussion in the new discussion.
