If I buy Adobe Flash CS6 from any website like let's say Amazon, how would I download it to my PC?

I am wanting to buy Flash on this discounted website that sells it for $150. I was wondering, how would I get it once I purchased it? Does it download automatically? Would I receive a serial key? Please help! Thanks
