How did you achieve this, in the Object Style Manager? Did you save the theme as a custom theme?
I'm really puzzled, maybe I misunderstand by the sentence: "changing the formatting of objects to respond to rolloever and mouse down events". Could you explain more in detail what you mean by that? Formatting to me is changing the design style, maybe you are pointing to something else? Or are you talking about the states of shape buttons? Shapes are also in the Object Style Manager, and you can have as many styles as you want, but always have to define the three states.
