Sorry, didn't see the screenshots last night (we seem to be in the same time zone). This is what I suspected: you have to reset everything when re-entering the slide. I have mentioned and demonstrated this so many times in my blog posts, but still see a lot of users who forget to take into consideration all possible situations. In this case you forgot the situation where the user re-enters a slide. I use On Enter actions all the time to restore the original situation on slides, not only hiding/showing objects but even repopulating variables with the original value.
