You must have incredibly good Karma.
I had to install 2.0, but the file opened, and I saved a fresh copy, which I was then able to open in CS (version 3.0.1) and from there I exported a .inx file that opens fine in CS5 (though it's missing fonts, links and previews for the links). IF you have the links you should be fine. If not, I exported a PDF (which I'm sure has some funk stuff due to missing fonts, but it has low-quality previews of the links, which are all .psd files of Sanskrit or Hindi text that might be readable for reconstruction). I'll send you a download link for the .indd copy, the .inx and the PDF.
