Liam lets suggest you are perfectly correct about the issue, perhaps it is something else and lets say it is a test site and the issue is non related to BC Next (as you bet on).
The case remains that there is no excuse for dumpin out a "scheduled" email like they did on the partners, sure a few of the core have a deep understanding of what is involved in the pipeline of BC, but I can assure you there are many partners who are not as close to the inner circle.
The "email" that was sent (as above) should have been with much greater notice, nothing in the Whats New dashboard ( they neglect to put advisories in a location that is visible upon login)
The Dashboard is a priority location to put this type of information. Not out on some twitter feed or blog, that is not a first choice, to have to hunt down what might be coming .
We all know form experience that communication has been Adobe BC managers weakest link and has improved, but this just highlights the lack of respect they have for partners and when support is unavailable the issues get blown out.Had the email been done last Monday with plenty of time to check with support contacts, there would have been no concerns, However being a public holiday on Monday with this looming up on us it is just disrespectful short sighted planning and unacceptable.
