I tried the number and the lady indicated that there is no telephone support for my request.  She indicated that i must go to www.adobe.com/getsupport to solve my problem.  I was on that site this morning and was not successful in any way shape or form.  it was a frustrating experience that yielded nothing positive.  I am still at a loss for how to solve my problem
