Re: My hard drive crashed with Photoshop CS 6 Extended on it. The Tech Services had to format my drive thereby causing me to lose the program without my being able to first deactivate it first . How do I contact the Adobe service people to help me reacti

You do have two activations and from what I understand, you used one. So go ahead install, activate and update on your computer.

 

You'll be up and running that way.

 

Later on Error "Activation limit reached" or "Sign in failed" | Adobe products

you can contact Adobe by other means (see Contact Us on the section about not being able to deactivate) , explain what happened and they should reset your activations.
