I found the folder and uninstalled it. Downloaded the Creative Cloud Installer again. Now when it is finished installing a window pops up that says it can’t connect to the Adobe servers. This has popped up every time I have gotten to the same point of installation, so about 5 times over 4 hours thus far. On the Help section re this issue it says type in https://adobe.com to see if that works and it does. Not sure what to do now...
