I haven't used Extract or Parfait myself because I prefer to manually rebuild PS comps with my own understandable and lean HTML and CSS code. I could be wrong but I think Extract generates the CSS (styles) code. It's up to you to build the HTML (structure and content).
I know there is a Brackets extension for Extract support -- but frankly, I've never used it.
