Approximately one week ago, I requested a platform swap for my copy of CS6 (Design and Web Premium). Within a day or so, I received a response prompting me to deactivate the software from my old Windows machine. After doing so as directed, I updated my case, anticipating that I would quickly receive a replacement serial number. Three days later, I'm still CS6-less and fuming. No response or confirmation whatsoever from the rep. Is this normal? Should I simply resubmit the case entirely and hope for the best? This is swiftly growing wearisome.
