Low Poly on Touch?

Hey!

I recently started using PS Touch and was wondering if there was a way to create low poly art like with the full version with CS6? Specifically, I wanted to be able to blur average for selections, show a grid for pictures, and be able to snap a polygon selection to a point on the grid.
