I am setting up a new PC and need to trasfer my catalog. In setting up the PC I have already copied my Picture files and folders over. I installed Photoshop elements 13 as one of my final steps and now need to copy my catalog over from my old PC. If i use the "Catalog Restore" process will it duplicate my picture files and folders on the new PC? I read the Adobe publication on using the Catalog backup & restore process to facilitate this but it was not clear on this piece.
