I am getting a new computer (Windows 7 based,) and will be looking to purchase a new version on Photoshop. I am currently using CS3, and it takes care of everything that I need to do fine. I mainly clean, adjust, and size digital images. On occasion, I will add text. What version should I upgrade to? Should I stick with the ffull version of Photoshop, or will Elements do about the same as the older versions of Photoshop?
