I have had to create the account I am currently using just to have access to your customer support. My problem is for a membership that I cancelled a month ago: I just got an email from Adobe saying that my membership will automatically renew next month (with a fee, of course) although I CANCELLED that account and all my subscriptions. When I tried to log in with that ID Adobe wants to charge me for, it said that my account had been deactivated, with the consequence that I couldn't get customer support for that account. Please sort this out and cancel all my memberships.
