That site does indeed use the Shockwave plugin. The HTML being served should contain some dimension or scaling info. In any case there is nothing wrong with your browser or the plugin, but rather the embedding HTML needs to be corrected and only the developer can do this. As Pat suggested you'll need to get in touch with their support and ask them to look into it.
