Another organization on the list, has sent their initial submission, same sort of documents - webpages scanned to pdf and government scanned pdfs, and their over 600 page document, created in Acrobat 10 Pro, weighs in at a paltry 6.5 MB, while my document at 329 pages is having trouble getting under 10 mb. Why the discrepancy?
