One more thing there is a lot more that could be going on. I am NOT trying to waste your time. This is just an issue that I have personally dealt with on hundreds of thousands machines pcs. Any and all additional info can expedite the resolution of your dilemma. Or I could be full of it and the solution for you --simple.
