Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this.
The project is 1060x775. The image is the exact same size. I'm simply trying to copy a background from one slide to another. I think the issue stems from the fact that I resized the project. I made it about 200px wider and taller and when I did this, I made objects top and left. I've since saved the project, closed, and reopened, but Captivate can't sort out how to merge the background....unfortunately.
And I meant, I've been using Captivate since v4 came out, including v5, 5.5, 6, 7, and 8 Yes, a lot has changed over the years for sure.
