What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13 running on?
Have you updated the program from 13 to 13.1 using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so. Besides updating the program,
whether or not you can update from 13 to 13.1 can give us valuable information for planning the YouTube troubleshooting strategy.
1. What is the duration of the Timeline that you want to upload to YouTube using the Premiere Elements 13/13.1 built in YouTube feature? What formats
are represented there? What are you seeing is for estimated file size and duration as shown in the dialog which has the Next button that you hit to get started with the Publish+Share/Social Websites/YouTube feature? What are you setting as the preset for the upload?
a. limits are 2.2 GB 15 minutes...you cannot use a YouTube extended time account at anywhere other than the YouTube web site. You cannot use
it in Premiere Elements (any version).
2. To troubleshoot the status of your YouTube account, please export your Timeline to a file saved to the computer hard drive (.mp4 with settings which are consistent with your Timeline content) From there Publish+Share/Social Website/YouTube upload the file to YouTube at the YouTube web site. Does that work?
3. In Premiere Elements, have you refreshed Online Services, using Edit Menu/Preferences/Web Sharing?
Is this a "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before" issue?
