Feathering a mask in new Title

Hello,

I have a simple question and feel stupid for not being able to find it, I am trying to feather a masked circle in a new title but cannot find feathering anywhere, I saw that you can grab the handles of the mask and apply feathering but cannot seem to find the option to do that when I click one of the handles.
