Re: I created a new page from a template and lost connection to css.  What did I do wrong?  How do I fix it?

I shut down DW and went back in and the new index.html (copied from template) is now reading the css.  So I tried creating another page and get the same result-- not reading css.  Wonder if it takes a while for the dots to connect in the cloud???
