Hi There,
It seems that issue you were facing is due to fonts installed on your machine.
Can you try to take the backup of the fonts installed on your machine by copying all the fonts and save on your desktop in a folder .
Once you take the backup then try to delete the fonts that you can from its original location under C drive and restart Captivate 8 and see if that makes any difference .
Note- Let me know if you are using Mac OS as fonts location will be different.
