Shrinking to Picture in Picture transition

Hi!
I'm doing a video which starts of with a full camera view but after a minute that same video goes to a picture in picture above another video, I was wondering if there is a way (or a plugin) to have a transition of the video shrink down to the smaller size in the corner?
