As I mentioned very first thread (about the visual), here is the visual compare script got from Kasyan by 1 year back. At the same time I found the textual compare also. Unfortunately, I missed out the link and codes also.
Anyway, thanks for the valuable discussion.
I will choose --> export word --> word compare options.
