Thank you. FYI I was directed to use this in lieu of chat lines. What happened was when ever I had to re-install I had the challange code needing a reply. One of the chat people changed my serial number so I would never have to use that procedure and put it into an account that was long dead and the email address didn't exist for years now. I can't remember the password I used 6 years ago. Trying to get a new one gets mailed to the old non-existance address. My current registration lists has all of my Adobe software listed including the original PhotoShop but it is with the original number. Needless to say that this is a frustrating situation that various attempts to the chat lines cut me off. Strange for it was them that did the change for me.
