If your installer disappear with out any error message, then try below steps once.
Hold windows key on your keyboard and Press R key.
In Run window, type Appdata and click on Ok
Open Local > Adobe folders
Delete AAMUpdater and OOBE folders
Now navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE folders
Then re-install Adobe Application Manager from below link
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager : Thank You
Then try.
