確かに左上のコーナーが隠れると（左がダメで、上に隠れても大丈夫みたいですが）そういう挙動になりますね！何か意図があってそうなっているんですかね……？ とりあえずの代案ですが、自由変形ツールは大丈夫のようですので、ショートカット E で自由変形ツール切り替えて使うというのはいかがでしょうか？（まぁ、不便ですが……）
